Lettings Rise as Sales Dwindle

Good news for the rentals market, as this means people who would have been selling up and moving on are now letting out instead.

Adam Savage of Supa Rent says: 'We have noticed a greater range in the types of properties available due to the current market. Houses that would normally be sold are now on offer for people looking to let. Granted, the types of property we are talking about are generally at the top end of the market, but it is good news for working families looking to move away from the terraced, council type housing'.
