During the first quarter of this year the people at ‘118 – 118’ say they have noticed a drop across all areas of the residential industry. Estate agents calls have dropped by a margin on 5% which we have noticed to be the case for some of our local agents, as we see them taking more coffee breaks than usual. Letting agents calls have dropped by a whopping 17%, according to the good people at ‘118 – 118’.
