During the first quarter of this year the people at &#8216;118 &#8211; 118&#8217; say they have noticed a drop across all areas of the residential industry. Estate agents calls have dropped by a margin on 5% which we have noticed to be the case for some of our local agents, as we see them taking more coffee breaks than usual. Letting agents calls have dropped by a whopping 17%, according to the good people at &#8216;118 &#8211; 118&#8217;. </span></span></p></span>]]></description>
